We are a project-oriented management company outsourcing the main yacht building packages to our strategic co-makers. As a Senior Facility Engineer, you are part of our Facility team, and report to the Facility Manager.

What will your challenges be?

• Develop a Facility Services plan and budget within given boundaries of the overall budget of the company
• Coordinate, monitor and realise Facility Services plan and projects OSBIT
• Assess/check facility requests that were entered into the system and determine appropriate follow-up/action
• Coordinate, support and/or execute facility requests and projects
• Deliver timely, accurate KPI‑based reporting in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines
• Keep leadership informed of any developments that could impact project progress, quality, or budget
• Act as a member of the Emergency response organization based on valid First Aid (EHBO) and Emergency Response Officer (BHV) certificate

What do we ask for?

• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency desired
• MBO level 4 or HBO/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar scope within a structural engineering environment
• A solid background in HVAC
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• You recognise yourself in the following competences: helicopter view, taking responsibility, planning and organizing, anticipating
