Your meaningful purpose:

Ensure a reliable administration of project costs and revenues. Monitor compliance with financial processes and procedures.  

What will your challenges be?

Administration

Execute and update project administration (in Navision) including (but not limited to) accurate and complete processing of purchase orders, invoices and hours, overruns and other deviations related to purchasing and hours budget. Monitor the completeness of change Orders and process these in the Change order budgets. Analyse and interpret financial data of work in progress, inventory and all related costs. Advise Project Controller about possible solutions for problems, improvements, profitability and cash flow management based on results. Ensure that appropriate codes (e.g. element code, sub-code, area code) re being used for projects in Navision. Periodically updates the project cash flow in close cooperation with the Project Controller, check the cash inflow (payments of instalments) and cash outflow (invoices) of the project. Safeguard reconciliation of project reports and information with the project administration (Navision). Execute financial booking with regard to hour administration.

Relationship Management 

Build and maintain a working relationship with involved internal and external parties.

Process Improvement

Analyse financial processes and make proposals to optimise processes through instruction or standardisation. Discuss these proposals with Project Controller and Director Finance & Control and after approval, implement and maintain these. Report deviations to Project Controller and Director Finance & Control.

Analysis and Reporting

Prepare monthly project overview in close co-operation with the Project Controller and Project Director and explain overruns and savings. Report cash flow deviations on a monthly basis.
