Oceanco specialises in building large custom yachts up to 150 meters in length. Offering a highly personalized service to clients, Oceanco applies innovative design and technology to create one-of-a-kind bespoke yachts that respect the vision of both the Owner and the designer.

We are a project-oriented management company outsourcing the main yacht building packages to our strategic co-makers. We are looking for a hands-on working student, for 16 – 24 hours per week, with a passion for Marketing and Events, who enjoys working in an international environment and loves to support the Marketing with day-to-day activities.

As a Working Student - Marketing & Events, you support the Marketing team with daily activities, as well as planning and executing events on time and according to brand guidelines.

What will your challenges be?

• Execute and support daily marketing activities
• Assist in organizing events from start to finish, planning, coordinating with suppliers, and managing attendee lists
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as invitations, mailings, presentations and digital visuals
• Manage and track inventory of merchandise and gifts
• Support planning and follow‑up of tasks and deadlines within the marketing team
• Handle routine correspondence and communication accurately and professionally
• Represent the company professionally in emails, phone contact and at events
• Follow company procedures, brand guidelines and communication standards at all times

What do we ask for?

• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage
• Currently enrolled in a relevant MBO or HBO study in the Netherlands (e.g. Marketing, Marketing & Event Management, Business or similar)
• Previous exposure to event planning, content management systems, digital marketing tools and creative software
• Proactive, independent, creative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
• Organised, with an eye for detail
