As a Coordinator HR (salary) administration (32 hours per week), you are part of the HR department, and report to the Manager HR Operations. 

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Coordination HR

Oversee, in close collaboration with Manager HR Operations administrative workload, priorities, progress and quality of HR administration. Join HR Operations meetings and have weekly meetings with HR Assistants to discuss and align workload and ensure necessary quality and progress. Prepare, execute and facilitate all possible administrative HR processes and HR correspondence. Process HR related information into Cobra and archive (both hard copy and digital) information according to procedures and guidelines. Pre-check outgoing correspondence for manager. Act and intervene within given authority level and in consultation or cooperation with superior to ensure quality and timely readiness of HR documents.

 

Salary Administration

Pre-check prepared HR correspondence and related documents leading to changes in salary administration to support Manager Compensation & Benefits in preparing the monthly payroll. Support preparation and execution of salary administration Contribute to or participate in HR projects related to Salary Administration.

 

Relationship Management

Maintain frequent contact with HR Cluster team to liaise and align priorities and allocation of available working hours of team members. Build and maintain a working relationship with involved internal and external parties.

Develop, build and maintain working relationships internally and externally demonstrating professional credibility to be recognized by all parties as a HR professional.

 

Reporting

Prepare regular reporting based on set performance indicators to provide superior with relevant data.

 

What do we ask for?

  • Higher Education degree
  • Fluent in English, also in writing
  • > 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You recognize yourself in the following competences: collaboration, customer orientation, quality orientation, conflict management.  
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
