Oceanco specialises in building large custom yachts up to 140 meters in length. Offering a highly personalised service to clients, Oceanco applies innovative design and technology to create one-of-a-kind bespoke yachts that respect the vision of both the Owner and the designer.
We are a project-oriented management company outsourcing the main yacht building packages to our strategic co-makers. What will your challenges be?

  • Recruitment process: from drafting vacancy texts, assessing applications and conducting interviews to making offers in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR business partner
  • Maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and further internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience by managing candidate satisfaction, from initial interview to offer acceptance
  • Continuously provide visibility and reporting of recruitment efforts in collaboration with your direct colleagues
  • Perform candidate sourcing via dedicated tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Attend career events along with direct colleagues

What do we ask for?

  • Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency desirable
  • Higher education degree - Bachelor's or HBO preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role - industrial/engineering background highly preferred
  • You recognise yourself in the following competences: helicopter view, organisation engagement, communication, entrepreneurship and perseverance
